Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly field engineer calendars.
• Assign engineers based on skills, location, and project requirements.
• Coordinate coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
• Improve travel routes and geographic coverage for efficiency.
• Lead and participate in initiatives for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to define project scope and service expectations.
• Confirm site readiness and ensure required documentation is available prior to dispatch.
• Track project progress and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate project risks or delays proactively.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for field engineers and ensure resources, permits, and PPE are available.
• Monitor productivity, workload distribution, and overall team performance.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and overtime management.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment utilization for compliance and readiness.
• Promote best practices to enhance team effectiveness and consistency.
• Maintain strong communication between customers, engineering teams, sales, and operations.
• Evaluate operational trends and implement actions to improve performance and service delivery.
• Track KPIs such as resource utilization, on-time completion, travel efficiency, and quality.
