Terracon is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to coordinate project registration, invoicing, collections, and procurement for engineering projects in Tulsa. Under supervision, you will prepare routine billing, review registrations, maintain financial files, and ensure timely client invoicing with proper backups.

You will support the Regional Finance team with billing schedules, open AR follow-ups, and supplier onboarding, while upholding company QA standards and internal controls.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent plus 2 years accounting experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication for internal coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Mansioni

• Prepare routine billing for designated projects per contract terms and deadlines.
• Review project registrations for accuracy and alignment with contracts.
• Maintain electronic project files with contracts, budgets, invoices, and approvals.
• Add executed change orders to the system.
• Submit invoices with backup and obtain internal approvals; distribute to clients.
• Perform routine collections efforts for past due invoices.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and create purchase requisitions.
• Office credit card reconciliations and expense reporting.
