Job summary

Under supervision, you will prepare timely invoices, manage WIP, monitor budgets, assist with vendor onboarding, and maintain electronic project files while ensuring compliance with contracts and internal controls. Strong communication and organization are essential, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with minimum 2 years' related experience, or 4 years' related experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project registrations, billing, collection and procurement for projects.
• Prepare timely billing for routine and non-routine projects and attach necessary backup.
• Maintain electronic project files and ensure compliance with contracts and internal controls.
• Support budget management and alert on potential overages or unrecognized revenue.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, invoicing, and expense reconciliations.
• Perform and support procurement tasks and ensure accuracy on invoices.
