Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, a luxury resort in Napa Valley, seeks a Regional Director of Finance to lead the accounting and financial strategy across its hotels. You will report to the General Manager and Auberge’s SVP, Operations Finance, driving financial performance, controls, and owner relations.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and regional financial governance, partnering with executive teams to optimize profitability and ensure compliance with hotel accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Prior hotel property finance leadership experience of at least two hotels preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and hotel-specific accounting standards is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead hotel accounting and finance functions for the region.
• Oversee annual budget development and forecasts across properties.
• Provide timely financial reporting and analysis for senior management and owners.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
