Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa is seeking an Area Sales Coordinator to support the remote and on-site group sales teams for Solage and Stanly Ranch. This onsite role coordinates daily needs, prospecting, Delphi bookings, site inspections, VIP visits, and close cooperation with events and reservations to deliver flawless guest experiences for group clients.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2 years experience as a sales/catering assistant, preferably with use of Delphi, Excel and Opera systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Create contacts, accounts and bookings in Delphi.
• Coordinate Delphi lead entry, bookings, contracts and proposals.
• Plan, prepare and host group site visits, which may include client entertainment.
• Assist sales team with Delphi accounts: lead entry, bookings, contracts, proposals, lead qualification, prospecting, cost estimates, trip reports, group invoicing.
• Monitor daily glitch reports for in-house groups, VIP clients and site guests on behalf of sales managers.
