Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa seeks an Assistant Director of Wellbeing to support the Director of Wellbeing in leading strategy, financial performance, and daily operations of the Spa & Fitness department. This role ensures the consistent execution of services, staff leadership, scheduling, guest and member experience, retail performance, and administrative controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience in spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, or related operation.
• Experience managing daily operations, guest service, team scheduling, training, sales, and expense controls.
• Working knowledge of spa treatments, reservations, retail, fitness operations/programming, and luxury service standards.
• Experience maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
• Strong administrative skills including budgeting, reporting, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across Spa & Fitness, ensuring luxury service standards.
• Direct daily spa operations: front desk, providers, spa attendants, housekeeping, fitness, and retail.
• Act as Director of Wellbeing in the Director's absence and escalate critical matters.
• Collaborate to implement departmental strategy, priorities, and continuous improvements.
• Participate in resort management meetings and cross-department planning.
• Maintain Spa policies and ensure consistent standards.
• Develop innovative fitness programming aligned with luxury wellness.
