Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Regional Director of Finance to drive strong financial performance across Auberge hotels within the region. You will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls while maintaining excellent owner relationships.

The role includes regional leadership, collaboration with executive teams, and ensuring timely statutory reporting. Prior international luxury hospitality experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance preferred.
• Overseeing at least two hotels in a luxury environment.
• International experience preferred.
• Excellent understanding of USALI and local accounting standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel’s accounting and finance functions.
• Oversee annual budget development and forecasts.
• Provide timely financial information and analysis for decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and internal controls.
• Develop training and professional development for finance staff.
