Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation in Michigan is seeking a Regional Field Technician to service and implement PARCS hardware and software across Michigan and northern Indiana. You will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, OS, network, and database issues and perform on-site service actions as needed.

The role includes supporting sales teams, developing test plans, installing and commissioning equipment, and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer for customers and T2 staff.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years' experience as a service technician in the Manufacturing/Security/Electronics/Parking or Transportation industry
• Experience in software/firmware environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, commissioning, and relevant service tasks for PARCS hardware and software.
• Assist Sales Engineers with technical requirements and hardware implementation plans for PARCS installations.
• Develop and maintain test plans to confirm hardware and software performance per contractual obligations.
