Job summary

Verra Mobility in Michigan is seeking a Regional Field Technician to service and implement PARCS hardware and software, troubleshoot technical issues, and support multiple customers on-site. You will work with project teams to install and commission systems and develop test plans.

Excellent knowledge of PARCS products, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential to deliver high-quality remote and on-site support.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years’ experience as a service technician in the Manufacturing/Security/Electronics/Parking or Transportation industry
• Experience in software/firmware environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical requirements and hardware implementation plans for PARCS installations
• Develop and oversee test plans to confirm hardware and software performance
• Install, commission and perform service tasks onsite
• Provide high-quality onsite and remote technical support for PARCS software and hardware
• Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing for internal and customer use
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and adapt to evolving product features
