Inizio Engage seeks a Regional Field Support Representative to promote pharmaceutical products across prioritized territories within the Buffalo region. You will serve as a field-based resource, educating Primary Care Physicians, ENTs, and Allergists while building advocacy through clinical engagements and thorough product knowledge.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate market access considerations, and execute territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical/medical sales experience.
• ENT and Allergy experience preferred.
• Launch Sales experience preferred.
• Some overnight travel required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Own an automobile with insurance coverage.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a flexible, field-based resource to support key territories within the assigned region.
• Build relationships and educate Primary Care Physicians, ENTs, and Allergists.
• Develop advocacy through impactful clinical and strategic engagements.
• Demonstrate deep therapeutic and product knowledge, including mechanism of action, efficacy, safety, and competitive landscape.
• Understand and navigate market access and reimbursement environments to support product uptake.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive territory success.
• Maximize sales performance by leveraging data, executing territory plans, and adjusting to local market needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and accountability.
• Travel extensively within region, with occasional overnight stays as needed.
