Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Regional Field Support Representative to amplify promotion of pharmaceutical products across high-priority territories in New York. You will engage primary care physicians, ENTs, and allergists, educate on therapies, and deliver flexible field-based support with strong product knowledge and compliance.

The role requires travel across the region, overnight stays as needed, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Some overnight travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a flexible field-based resource to support key territories within your assigned region.
• Build relationships and educate Primary Care Physicians, ENTs, and Allergists.
• Develop advocacy through clinical and strategic engagements.
• Demonstrate deep therapeutic and product knowledge including mechanism of action, efficacy, safety, and competitive landscape.
• Understand and navigate market access and reimbursement environments to support product uptake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive territory success.
• Travel extensively within region, with occasional overnight stays as needed.
