Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to oversee the field services department in the Romulus, MI area. The role coordinates installation, checkout, maintenance and repairs of system equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You'll lead and train staff, manage the department budget and business plan, and work with sales to price and plan field projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in related management with budget/P&L responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience supervising and leading employees.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience providing external sales support to direct sales reps and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field services operations within territory to ensure timely, safe job execution.
• Coordinates installation, checkout, maintenance and repair of system equipment.
• Delivers excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safe operations.
• Trains and develops employees; manages performance and coaching.
• Monitors budgets and business plans for the department.
• Collaborates with sales to develop cost and operational plans for field projects.
• Identifies resources and resolves complex issues to meet project goals.
