Clean Team Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across assigned accounts in Michigan. You will lead field teams, ensure contract compliance, and build strong client relationships to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience in janitorial or service industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and resolve operational issues independently.
A valid driver's license and dependable transportation for travel between accounts.
Flexibility to work evening shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.

Responsibilities

Lead Field Teams: Manage daily staffing, schedule coverage, and training for new hires.
Maintain High Standards: Conduct quality assurance inspections across facilities.
Drive Client Satisfaction: Serve as primary contact for client communications and requests.
