Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in janitorial or service industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Teams: Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and on-site training to maintain high efficiency.

• Drive Client Satisfaction: Act as primary client contact and respond to service requests and inquiries.
• Manage Resources: Monitor supplies and equipment, ensure inventory control at client sites.
