Job summary

Rise Group is seeking a full-time Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for field-based engineering and technical services across multiple regions, overseeing safety, execution, customer satisfaction, and full P&L performance.

You will lead multi-site teams, develop budgets, monitor KPIs, drive profitability, and partner with sales to grow field services while maintaining compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of field services, industrial, or engineering operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Services operations across multiple regions and offices.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, metrics, and performance goals.
• Drive standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective resource planning, staffing, and scheduling across regions.
• Own Field Services P&L across all regions.

This role is responsible for safety, operational execution, customer satisfaction, and full P&L performance across regional field operations.

The Manager leads multi‑site teams delivering engineering evaluations, inspections, specialty repairs, maintenance, and outage support, while driving growth, operational consistency, and profitability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead Field Services operations across multiple regions and offices
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with business objectives

• Indirect leadership of engineers, technicians, inspectors, and field personnel
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and development planning
• Establish team goals aligned with operational and financial objectives
• Drive accountability, engagement, and team performance
• Support succession planning and leadership development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of field services, industrial, or engineering operations experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi‑site teams
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility

Preferred:

• Experience withplanning and execution
• Experience overseeing crews
• Prior P&L or departmental budget ownership
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training a plus
