Job summary

Looq is seeking a General Manager to build and lead its regional field services operations in the United States. You will recruit and develop field teams, partner with Business Development to secure initial utility projects, and own regional performance including crew utilization and profitability.

The first year focuses on establishing the operation and scaling to three or more crews by year two. You will spend time at the San Diego headquarters while coordinating with Engineering and Product,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in utility field services, line work, pole inspection, or distribution engineering.
• 3+ years leading crews or a field office.
• Experience in establishing operations and scaling multi-crew teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910.269 and utility safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional field-services operations, drive growth and performance.
• Recruit, develop, and manage field crews.
• Partner with Business Development to secure initial utility projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery and meet profitability and margins targets.
• Maintain 72-hour turnaround from capture to delivery.
