Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking a Regional Service Technician to manage service zones, perform break-fix and routine IT hardware/software support, and maintain accurate tickets. The role requires working in retail and office environments with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

Travel will be extensive (75–100%), with opportunities to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A valid driver’s license and a clean MVR are essential for this on-the-road position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AS/BS in related technical field preferred.
• Industry certifications such as A+, Net+, Server+ are desirable.
• Minimum 1 year POS, Network, and PC repair experience preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service zone and assist in other zones to meet SLA.
• Maintain company vehicle or records if using personal vehicle; keep mileage and insurance records.
• Troubleshoot IT hardware/software in retail/office environments.
• Maintain inventory locations and process returns and replenishment.
• Update web-based tickets daily with accurate call notes and resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional appearance.
