Pomeroy is seeking a Regional Service Technician to manage an assigned service zone and assist other zones to ensure service calls meet the SLA. You will document work thoroughly, maintain inventory, and support colleagues with complex troubleshooting in a retail/office setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of POS and network equipment repair, a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a strong commitment to customer service and safety while performing field service tasks

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
AS/BS in a related technical field is highly desired, but not required.
Industry certifications such as A+, Net+, Server+ are highly desired.
Minimum of 2 years POS repair, network equipment repair and PC repair in retail/office settings.
Must have a clean driving record and be safety oriented.

Mansioni

Manage assigned service zone and assist in other zones to meet SLA.
Maintain company vehicle in a high state of repair and cleanliness when assigned.
Update and document tickets daily in the web-based system.
Assist fellow technicians with troubleshooting complex issues.
Ensure proper inventory control and record-keeping.
