Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking a part-time regional service technician to manage an assigned service zone and assist in other zones to ensure service calls meet the Service Level Agreement. The role requires maintaining vehicles or mileage records if using a personal vehicle, plus inventory control and thorough ticket updates.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and exposure to POS or network equipment is preferred. Flexible, retail/office environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AS/BS degree in a related technical field is highly desired but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service zone and assist in other zones to meet SLA.
• Maintain and care for company vehicle or mileage records if using personal vehicle.
• Keep accurate inventory records and ensure proper parts movement.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional appearance on site.
• Use web-based ticketing system to document calls, parts, and resolutions.
