Job summary

• Associates degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience.

• Strong knowledge of assigned products and their technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides full line technical support to customers, distributors, service centers, sales force, and customer support representatives.
• Performs product repairs, installations, and root-cause analysis on the full line of assigned products.
• Creates Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and places parts orders for customers.
• Writes knowledge base articles within the Service Cloud system.
• Travels to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and train.
