Job summary

Caliber Service Management is seeking a Service Performance Owner who will provide management and oversight within their designated geographic zone. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, coordinating field communications, and ensuring vendor performance quality across the region.

The position requires extensive travel, field inspections in various weather conditions, and collaboration with regional management to meet service scopes and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of related outdoor work, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client locations and regional management.
• Deliver Vendor Quality Control programs within the region.
• Read and implement scopes of work and service level agreements.
• Coordinate in-field communications among team members and management.
• Manage client relationships up to Regional Vice Presidents.
• Conduct Service Validations and prepare vendor scorecards.
• Guide and train vendors; ensure data confidentiality.
