Caliber Service Management is seeking a disciplined SPO – Western NY to travel within Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and the Southern Tier, building strong client relationships and ensuring delivery of service quality. This role will coordinate vendor performance, read scopes of work, and maintain strong communications across stakeholders.

You will conduct site surveys, train vendors, and manage client expectations, with up to nationwide travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in multi-unit enterprise facilities management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and manage field operations.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and build relationships with client locations and regional management.
• Deliver Vendor Quality Control programs within the region.
• Read and implement detailed scopes of work and service level agreements.
• Facilitate field communications between team members, Caliber Operations Managers, affiliates, and clients.
• Manage the client up to and including Regional Vice Presidents.
• Conduct Service Validations; train and guide vendors as required.
