Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager, Field Service in Hawaii to lead a regional team of Field Technicians and drive development across MedSurg and Neurotechnology Instrument Business Unit. You will partner with sales and service providers while traveling up to 50% in the Rocky Mountain region.

You will analyze metrics, refine processes, and foster cross‑functional collaboration to improve customer outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years people leadership preferred.
• Vendor management experience preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth.
• Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers.
• Champion data analysis to drive insights and decision‑making within a rapidly growing business.
