Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager, Field Service to guide a regional team of technicians, optimizing uptime and customer satisfaction. You will work with Sales, ProCare, and service partners to leverage data for better decisions and drive continuous improvement in processes.

The role emphasizes developing people, managing KPIs, and balancing office projects with field activities to deliver a high‑quality service experience across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax or similar systems.
• Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate performance and support decisions.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of Field Service Technicians with coaching and growth focus.
• Manage key service and performance metrics across internal and provider teams.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and drive insights for decisions.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and simplify customer and employee experience.
• Partner with Sales, ProCare and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support vendor and provider relationships across the region.
• Balance strategic and operational priorities, with ~80% office work and 15–20% field support.
