Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative to perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment in Northern Minnesota. You will support customers by phone and on-site, verify quality of Stryker systems, and travel within field territories as required.

The role requires strong field service and customer interaction skills, with a preference for candidates with engineering-related education. Shifts are Mon-Fri with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant field service experience.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings when needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and operate Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation.
• Liaise with external customers on admin/technical matters; support satisfaction and renewals.
• Identify potential sales leads with Account Executives and MPS team.
• Manage field inventory, tools, test equipment and documentation.
• Schedule preventive maintenance visits and ECN updates.
• Travel to support Field Service territories as needed.
• Prepare field service documentation accurately and timely.
• Train customers on operation, maintenance and upgrades at events.
