BSH Home Appliances Corporation seeks a Manager, Field Service – 3rd Party (ASP) for the Midwest region. You will lead field service across MI, OH, IL, IN, and PA, coordinating ASPs to ensure service quality, coverage, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 7–10 years in customer service and 3–5 years in technical training, with up to 50% travel. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of customer service experience required.
• 3-5 years of technical training experience required.
• Must live within 2 hours of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize delivery of field-based customer service.
• Oversee third-party service providers' performance using KPIs.
• Negotiate warranty service rates and coverage.
• Review warranty claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate technical training for service providers.
• Serve as liaison between consumers and internal teams.
• Manage operations within budget and forecast demand.
