You’ll manage multiple service calls daily, communicate clearly, and deliver first‑time fixes with a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years appliance repair experience.
• Organized and able to complete multiple service calls daily with strong customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with math basics.
• Customer-first mindset and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances to ensure first‑time resolution.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and rectify as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience.
• Advise customers on correct operation of products to maximize use.
• Upsell parts, service plans, and maintenance offerings; training provided.
• Maintain a company van stock of parts and document work with B apps.
• Ensure every job is completed with care, safety, and professionalism.
