Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Corporation is seeking a Manager, Field Service – 3rd Party (ASP) for the Midwest region. You will lead, coordinate, and optimize field-based customer service with BSH-authorized ASPs, ensuring service coverage across MI, OH, IL, IN, and PA.

You will negotiate rates, review claims, train providers, and monitor KPIs to sustain high service quality while aligning with budget and company standards. Travel to multiple locations is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in customer service.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical training.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Ability to travel multiple days/weeks away from home.
• Must live within assigned territory/region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and optimize field-based customer service in the assigned territory.
• Oversee performance of third-party service providers and KPI reporting.
• Negotiate warranty service rates and monitor provider performance.
• Coordinate training with Technical Training Department and support center.
• Serve as liaison between consumers and internal departments.
