Job summary

Harbor Wholesale, located in Santa Rosa, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business and grow existing accounts in the region. The role includes a structured bonus/commission plan and mileage coverage while supporting a small set of accounts.

You will travel within the territory about 20% of the time, building relationships with retailers and chain customers, with full back‑office support and training from Harbor Wholesale.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel up to 20% overnight.
• Knowledge and sales experience within the convenience store industry strongly preferred.
• Must live centrally located within the territory.
