Job summary

Do it Best Group is seeking a Field Services Representative in Santa Rosa, CA. You will act as the primary liaison between the customer's store/field team and Do it Best, driving growth and profitability across assigned accounts with travel of 50% or more.

You will work with the Strategic Account Manager to craft growth strategies, develop assortments and buy opportunities, and lead store projects to ensure planogram integrity and successful POP execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Communication, Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Retail or Wholesale.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between store/field management and True Value to build and enhance business relationships.
• Develop business strategies with Strategic Account Manager to improve profitability and identify opportunities with other suppliers.
• Lead and participate in retail implementation store projects and coordinate on-site POP installation and fixtures orders.
• Coordinate and participate in customer events including grand openings, special events and vendor shows.
