Job summary

Harbor Wholesale is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition and growth within the greater Santa Rosa region. You will secure new customer purchases, service assigned accounts, and perform merchandising duties one day per week for a select few locations.

The role requires travel within the territory (roughly 10% overnight) and living centrally located. A strong background in outside sales with C-store industry knowledge is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years field sales/outside sales in a high volume environment.
• Priority given to foodservice, convenience, DSD, or advanced merchandising.
• Excellent communication and follow-through in a multi-department setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition within assigned region.
• Grow and develop new business sales by securing new customer purchases in territory.
• Perform merchandising duties one day per week for a small number of accounts.
• Travel primarily within the region with approximately 10% overnight travel.
• Sell and service the greater Santa Rosa area; reside central to territory.
