Job summary

Bronco Wine Company is seeking a full-time Territory Manager - Chain Division in Napa, CA to service assigned retail accounts, build wine displays, and maintain distribution. This field-based role requires travel 80-90% and residence in Napa, Sonoma, Santa Rosa or San Rafael, California.

The incumbent reports to the Division Merchandising team. Essential duties include calling on accounts, merchandising displays, ensuring correct pricing, stocking products, and coordinating POS materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to meet travel requirements 80-90%.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts and develop knowledge of key department buyers and store management.
• Sell and build product displays in all assigned accounts.
• Service DSD accounts weekly with shelf product and display orders.
• Maintain proper stock levels and help prevent out-of-stock conditions.
• Place and maintain current POS materials, including back cards, shelf talkers, price signs, and other materials.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and placed in the appropriate locations.
