Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a Regional Field Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish) to actively source, recruit, and onboard subcontractor crews across the assigned territory.

You will travel regularly to visit suppliers, distributors, and industry partners while building referral networks within skilled trades communities. The role emphasizes relationship-building, independent work, and strong organizational abilities, with experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Portuguese language skills strongly preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, skilled trades, or sales preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop professional networks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
