SBA Communications Corporation is seeking a Regional Site Manager, Operations to oversee on-site management, compliance, and safety for all assets within an assigned geographic area. You will exercise independent judgment to uphold policies, maintain asset data accuracy, and coordinate with Ground Owners and tenants to resolve issues.

This role requires 3–5 years of field operations experience, a high school diploma or GED, domestic travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 3–5 years of field operations experience.
• Domestic travel and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage on-site safety by ensuring structural integrity and regulatory compliance for all assigned assets.
• Perform site safety and compliance inspections per FAA/FCC regulations and report findings.
• Coordinate with Ground Owners and tenants to resolve safety, regulatory, or operational issues.
• Manage Notice to Proceed (NTP) process for tower modifications and new leases.
• Lead audits, contractor supervision, and data maintenance to ensure accuracy of asset records.
