Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across a defined market. This full-time role involves hands-on resets, installations, and quality checks, while guiding in-store teams to meet client standards and timelines.

The AEM will travel within the assigned market, train associates, and coordinate with store management and the District Manager to ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time reporting using company apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory, including resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company mobile apps and verify data.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions promptly.
• Lead and train merchandising associates; ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
• Assist with associate performance and onboarding as requested.
