Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Area Execution Manager (AEM) to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. This role includes performing resets, planogram compliance, installation, and supervising a team of merchandising associates in-store.

You will train staff, model standards, direct on-site work, and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects across multiple stores with regular travel within the market and to neighboring markets as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates (formal or informal).
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work.
• Serve as in-market point of contact with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate project reporting via mobile apps and systems.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete team-based projects on time.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards and safety.
