Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to drive in-store merchandising, resets, installations, and team leadership across a multi-store market. The role requires hands-on execution and direct supervision of merchandising associates, with a focus on quality and safety.

The AEM will travel regularly within the assigned market and neighboring markets as needed, coordinating with the District Manager for staffing and project direction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading field associates or teams.
• Ability to read planograms and execute project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising: resets, planograms, displays, fixture installation, and inventory.
• Direct in-market team on projects and inspect work against standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via mobile apps and systems.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs promptly to District Manager.
• Lead in-store team of merchandising associates and train on standards.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested.
