Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager (AEM) to lead in-store merchandising, resets, and installations across the assigned market. You will train associates, ensure planogram compliance, and coordinate with the District Manager to meet project timelines.

The role involves regular travel, supervising the in-store team, and reporting via mobile apps. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to uphold client standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through mobile apps and verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Lead the in-store team to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
• Train and mentor staff on merchandising, installation, break fix, safety, and retailer requirements.
