Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager (AEM) to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. The role includes performing resets, installations, and break-fix work, while training and guiding a team of associates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory and neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store merchandising and oversee resets, installations, planograms, displays, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work for quality.
• Serve as in-market point of contact and maintain relationships with store management and client reps.
• Submit accurate, on-time project reports with photos and data via mobile apps and verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager as needed.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and to standard.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards, installation, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements.
• Assist in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested.
