Picus Security is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional programs that drive measurable pipeline growth. You will work closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, events, and partner initiatives.

You will own the regional budget and measure ROI to ensure strategic investments deliver impact. The role requires strong collaboration, program management, and the ability to travel within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of B2B field marketing experience is preferred.
• Proven experience planning and delivering regional marketing programs.
• Strong ability to tie campaigns to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendors.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Plan and deliver integrated regional programs: conferences, events, dinners, roundtables, and channel initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align priorities.
• Manage regional budget, forecasting, vendor management, and ROI tracking.
