Picus is a fast-growing cybersecurity company redefining how organizations validate exposures. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape messaging, guide GTM strategy, and drive market adoption for the Picus Security Validation Platform.

You will partner with Product, Technical Marketing, Growth, and Sales, report to the CTO, and influence Analyst Relations to position Picus as a market leader in automated security validation across global markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B cybersecurity software product marketing.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, with expertise in key categories.
• Hands-on and competitive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Track record of driving initiatives and collaborating with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute product marketing messaging and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align roadmaps with AR and marketing.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth areas.
• Partner with Sales to refine value propositions and enablement tools.
• Drive Analyst Relations programs to earn recognition in industry publications.
• Define ICPs and personas and enable Growth, SDR and Sales teams.
• Own and execute Product Launch strategies across cross-functional teams.
