Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Tucson is seeking a strategic Marketing lead to drive regional strategies, local campaigns, and partnerships across multiple markets. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns while managing budgets and reporting results to inform cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in marketing/related fields, strong communication, and field-marketing experience. Expect travel at least twice per quarter and a modern, collaborative Tucson office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Communications, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, operations, communications, event planning, or related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Proven project management capabilities with strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across audiences and channels.
• Field marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, creative development, and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel at least twice per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of regional marketing strategies across multiple markets.
• Drive localized marketing campaigns, promotions, and events aligned with brand standards.
• Strategically manage regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and regional metrics to generate insights and inform planning.
• Cultivate relationships with community organizations, nonprofit partners, and local influencers.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to activate community engagement strategies and partnerships.
• Support market entry and expansion by partnering with real estate and government affairs teams.
• Conduct ongoing market research on consumer behavior, trends, and competition.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations for engagement, positioning, and differentiation.
