Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Leader to partner with franchise owners across Phoenix and surrounding markets to develop scalable annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to revenue goals and brand growth priorities.

You will guide owners in budgeting across paid digital, local awareness, lead generation, and community engagement, translating strategy into practical local actions while tracking performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field/multi-location/franchise marketing experience.
• Strong command of full-funnel planning and budget management across digital and local channels.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for franchise owners.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with marketing performance tools; ServiceTitan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchise owners to build scalable annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to revenue goals and brand growth priorities.
• Guide owners in developing a balanced full-funnel budget across paid digital, local awareness, lead generation, retention, referral programs, community engagement, and boots-on-ground execution.
• Help owners understand recommended investment levels, channel mix, and the relationship between marketing spend, lead volume, booked jobs, and revenue.
• Translate brand-level strategy into practical local plans owners can execute consistently in their market.
• Oversee local marketing scorecards, community partnerships, referral outreach, neighborhood visibility, local events, and review generation.
