Job summary

Veolia Group seeks a Field Area Manager to oversee industrial water treatment systems within a defined region. You will lead a team of Field Service Employees, drive project delivery, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across multiple contracts.

You will collaborate with commercial leaders to grow service offerings, monitor performance metrics, and maintain strong client relations while advancing sustainability across operations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field or 5 years of leadership experience in industrial water, wastewater, or related field.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes in industrial settings.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 10 to 15 employees within a region to ensure proper scheduling and utilization.
• Coordinate with CAPEX project managers for clear communication and smooth operations.
• Manage small projects, including Mobile Water Systems and Refurbishments.
• Review and edit engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Understand instrument controls and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project changes, timelines and budgets.
• Anticipate outages or technical issues and adjust resources accordingly.
• Schedule field staff and coordinate with territory managers for equipment and material planning.
