Amgen is seeking a Field Director for Cardiovascular Metabolic MSLs covering the South Central US (TX, AR, TN, OK, LA, MS). The role leads a regional team of MSLs, ensures compliant field medical plans, and guides strategy with internal partners to advance medical objectives.

The position requires extensive Medical Affairs experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage budgets and talent. Travel across the region is expected as part of campo duties.

Formación

• Must have leadership and people management experience in Medical Affairs.
• Experience leading regional MSL teams and coaching performance.
• Ability to develop field medical strategy and engagement plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional team of MSLs to execute field medical activities.
• Ensure compliant and meaningful scientific engagements with healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and develop direct reports for career growth.
• Coordinate team meetings and share best practices across regions.
• Collaborate with Global Medical, Field Sales, and Marketing teams to align engagement strategies.
