Amgen is seeking a Field Director for Cardiovascular Metabolic MSLs in the Central Plains region of the US, covering UT, AZ, NM, CO, KS, WY, SD, ND. The role leads a regional MSL team, aligns medical strategy with cross-functional partners, and ensures compliant scientific engagements with health care decision makers.

Formación

• Doctorate degree with 4+ years Medical Affairs experience
• Master’s degree with 8 years Medical Affairs experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years Medical Affairs experience
• AND 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional team of MSLs to execute field medical activities and guide performance.
• Ensure compliant scientific engagements with health care decision makers and stakeholders.
• Coach direct reports with timely feedback and career development support.
• Coordinate MSL meetings and cross-functional collaboration to share best practices.
• Identify, interview, hire and onboard new MSLs to build a diverse team.
• Assist leadership with field medical strategy and SEPs; support congress planning and execution.
