Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison for Cardiovascular Metabolic to cover Dallas and East Texas. This field-based role engages with OLs, PHDMs, and healthcare providers to communicate scientific data and advance the obesity pipeline.

The MSL will collaborate with internal teams and lead congress activities, speaker training, and project initiatives, ensuring compliant scientific engagement. The role requires an advanced medical degree with substantial Medical Affairs/MSL

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years Medical Affairs experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years Medical Affairs experience.
• 7+ years in a medically related field, with 1+ year in a medical science liaison role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and other HCPs to support Amgen Medical function and product strategy.
• Engage with investigators and sites to support the obesity pipeline; communicate clinical data of value to stakeholders.
• Lead and support congress activities, speaker training, and cross-functional project teams; ensure compliant scientific exchange.
