Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes routine preventive maintenance on buildings using provided checklists and updates maintenance programs as needed.
• Performs general facility tasks including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, flooring and moves of furniture/equipment.
• Conducts safety walkthroughs and inspections, and assists safety champions by addressing facility safety issues.
• Reviews reported issues, documents them, and escalates where necessary to facilities leadership.
• Receives and prioritizes service requests and responds within defined SLAs.
• Maintains detailed records of repair and maintenance activities and updates facility maintenance software.
• Coordinates third-party inspections with local authorities and vendors as required.
• Leads or participates in facility improvement projects.
• Ensures tools and equipment are stored and maintained properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WhatYou’llGetToDo:

• Completes routine preventive maintenance on buildings according to checklists provided and makes modifications to maintenanceprograms asnecessary.
• Performs general facility support tasks related to one or multiple functions, including but not limited to basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall,flooring and furnitureand equipment moves.
• Completes regular safety walkthroughs, regular facility inspections andassistssafety champions by monitoring and repairing facilities to mitigate risk.
• Reviews and troubleshoots reported facility issues, ensuring problems are properly defined, documented, and either resolved or escalated further tofacilitiesleadership forassistance.
• Receives and prioritizes open items and service requests and provides responses aligned with defined Service Level Agreements.
• Maintains detailed records of repair and maintenance activities and maintains integrity of facility maintenance software.
• Plans and coordinates required third party inspections offacility relatedequipment, such as with local fire departments.
• Coordinates assigned activities with outside contractors and vendors, such as snow removal, as needed.
• Leads andparticipatesin various facility improvement projects.
• Ensuresequipment and tools aremaintainedin a neat, clean, and organized fashion.
• All other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhatWe NeedFromYou:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with facility maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skillsandthe ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customerserviceand attention to detail.
• At least a basic level of competency with Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
• Logical decision making and troubleshooting skills with the ability toproblem solvein a timely manner.
• Basic math skills.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations arerequired.

• Primary function requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a shop area, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, lift, carry,push and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight.
