Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar field preferred.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to other locations.
  • Intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.

  • Supports participants in identifying career objectives and executes plans to secure, retain, and advance in employment.
  • Fosters collaborative relationships with job coaches, community partners, educational institutions, businesses, referral agencies, and employment organizations.
  • Promotes Goodwill NCW mission services within the community to enhance awareness and referrals.
  • Ensures skills instruction aligns with participant needs and addresses urgent concerns and feedback.
  • Provides guidance and referrals for career exploration, job search strategies, application processes, resume development, interview preparation, and job skills enhancement.
  • Maintains partnerships with employers, nonprofits, and school districts to support skill development and employment opportunities.
  • Monitors participant progress and addresses barriers, including oversight of job coaching services and regular contact with participants.

What You’ll Get To Do:
  • Overseestheenrollmentprocess anddevelopsindividualized employment plans for participants, ensuring consistent delivery of services in alignment with best practices, standard work,and funding requirements.

  • Maintainsand strengthenspartnerships with employers, nonprofits, and school districts to support skill development and expand employment opportunities for participants.
  • Monitorsand managesparticipant progress and address barriers, including oversight of job coaching services,maintainingregular contact with participants through meetings, phone calls and/or completing site visits.
  • Ensuresaccurateandtimelydocumentation for participant files in compliance with funding sources, Goodwill NCW, and CARF standards.
  • Monitors authorization for services provided, requesting new authorizations from funding sources as needed.
  • Providesjob coachingsupport asrequired.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What We Need From You:
  • Associate degree in related fieldpreferred.
  • 3+years of experience in a similar field is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skillsandthe ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
  • Excellent communication, customer serviceskillsand attention to detail.
  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality.
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations isrequired.
  • At least anintermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint,SharePointand Outlook.
