Job summary

Goodwill NCW is hiring for a full-time warehouse/backroom role in Neenah, Wisconsin. You will process donations, sort items, set pricepoints, and stage goods for the floor while operating power equipment.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Ideal candidates will have strong time management, customer service orientation, basic math skills, and willingness to learn computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Processes new and donated items to meet production goals and uses team lifts as needed.
• Sorts and categorizes items, identifies items to send to e-Commerce according to guidelines, and safely disposes hazardous items.
• Determines price points and tickets items for visibility.
• Stages items to keep floor products fresh for customers.
• Operates power equipment (stacker, power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift).
• Keeps backroom clean, safe, and organized; completes checklists and assists with cleaning tasks.
• Adheres to proper operation of pallet jack and compactor (if 18+ and trained).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.
• Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:

• Independently twist,lift, carry,pushorpull moderate (10pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team liftfor objects weighing over 25 pounds.
